Introducing Brett Heman, Heman House’s Managing Director. In June 2018, Brett founded the company, Heman Houses, on the premise of serving residents through superior customer service. Growing up in the small town of Aurora, MO, Brett has deep roots in the heart of Southwest, Missouri. Like you, he also lives and works in the heart of the Ozarks.
As the leader of the company, Heman Houses, Brett keeps a close eye to make sure his tenants receive an unmatched degree of customer service. As both an educator and entrepreneur, Brett understands that building positive relationships with people is paramount to any organization’s success. Providing personalized service to residents is just one way that Brett seeks to develop positive relationships with the residents he serves.
Introducing Bruce Heman, Heman House’s Investment Director. In January, 2019, Bruce joined the Heman House’s team with his son, Brett.
Bruce brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the field of real estate, as he is a seasoned owner/President with 27 years of successful business ownership and management. Bruce’s role on the Heman Houses team is focused primarily on acquisition strategy, financial risk management, and short-term project management. Many times, he is busy working on the back end of the business, whereas his son and business partner, Brett, serves in a more visible role. Bruce wears many hats: sometimes he is responding to a resident’s work order and other times he is managing a construction project on a new property acquisition. Bruce seeks to serve residents by providing timely work-order repairs and personal service.
